All ready-to-ship items are carefully prepared within 1–3 business days.

Some handcrafted pieces are made to order and may require 3–7 business days for preparation.

Each product listing includes specific processing details when applicable.

Shipping Origin

Yaroché Home Decor operates internationally.
Depending on the collection, items may ship from one of our artisan workshops in Ukraine or from our Canadian location in Ontario.

This allows us to maintain quality craftsmanship while offering efficient delivery worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders shipped within Canada:
2-10 business days

United States:
4–21 business days

International destinations:
7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs procedures or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and item.
We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
